Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Logat application ("App") operated by Ground17 ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Logat is a personal diary application that organizes your photos, locations, and memories on your device. You may use the App in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems

2. User Content

All content you create within Logat — including diary entries, photo selections, folders, and notes — is stored locally on your device. We do not upload, access, or store your personal content on any external servers.

You retain full ownership of all content you create using the App.

3. Permissions

To provide its core features, Logat requires the following device permissions:

  • Photo Library: To read and index photos from your device for diary creation
  • Location: To tag diary entries with location data and generate memory maps
  • Notifications: To send you memories and milestone reminders

These permissions are used solely to operate the App's features on your device. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, which may limit certain App functionality.

4. AI Features

Logat uses on-device and API-based AI features to generate event summaries, photo recommendations, and notification content. These features are designed to enhance your personal diary experience. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and may not always be accurate.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App. This includes any loss of data.

We strongly recommend backing up your device regularly to prevent data loss.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Privacy Policy Last updated: March 30, 2026 This Privacy Policy describes how Ground17 ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Logat application ("App").
